Privacy Policy

Pickle RSVP is a small, private, community-run tool for coordinating pickleball games across invited neighbor and friend groups. This page explains in plain words what information we collect, how it is protected, and how to delete it.

Pickle RSVP (picklersvp.com) is a private community web application operated by 357Lab, LLC.

No sharing or selling of mobile data

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

What we store

• Your mobile phone number (encrypted). Used to send you a verification code when you sign in and, if you opt into group texts, to send game prompts and recognize your text replies. Wherever your phone number is stored or used in our system, it is encrypted and is never shown on rosters.
• Your display initials and optional court nickname. You appear to other signed-in members only by your initials and optional court nickname, never by your phone number.
• Your membership status, notification preferences, and game RSVPs (your in/out responses, guest counts, and optional short notes for scheduled games).
• Short-lived security and reliability records. We keep temporary login security counters and basic app activity records (for up to 90 days) to prevent automated abuse and troubleshoot delivery issues. None of these records contain your unencrypted phone number.

We use essential cookies only to keep you signed in and to verify your login step. We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who can see what

• Signed-in group members see only display initials, optional court nicknames, and game RSVPs. They never see phone numbers.
• Group administrators manage invites and group settings and can view only masked phone digits for member support. Full phone numbers are never displayed in the app.
• Service providers: We use trusted hosting, authentication, and telecommunications providers solely to operate the website, verify sign-ins, and deliver opted-in text messages under strict confidentiality.

SMS program disclosures

For members who opt into text messages from Pickle RSVP, message frequency varies — typically 2 to 8 messages per week when games are planned. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to cancel or HELP for help. Full program details are on our SMS Policy and Terms of Use pages.

Leaving the group & deleting your data

You can leave the group anytime by replying STOP to a text or by choosing Leave group in your account settings:

• Your stored phone number, court nickname, upcoming RSVPs, notes, and app activity records are deleted right away, and your session is signed out.
• We retain only a non-reversible suppression record so we honor your opt-out and never text you by mistake.
