Text messages (SMS policy & opt-in)

Program: Pickle RSVP — a private, community-run pickleball RSVP and game scheduling tool for invited neighbor and friend groups.

Pickle RSVP (picklersvp.com) is a private community web application operated by 357Lab, LLC.

How opt-in works (invite-only & optional)

Pickle RSVP never sends unsolicited texts or marketing messages. Membership is private and invite-only: an existing member or organizer invites a player (such as a building neighbor or friend-group member), an admin approves the invite, and the member chooses whether to enable game texts during onboarding or in their account settings. SMS consent is completely optional and is not required to join the group or RSVP on the website.

What messages we send

Members who opt in receive game-time RSVP prompts (for example: "Pickle RSVP: Weekend games! (1) Sat 9a (2) Sun 9a. Reply 1, 2, BOTH, or OUT.

Reply STOP to end text updates."), 1:1 confirmations when they reply by text, and on-demand status replies when they text a command.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies — typically 2 to 8 messages per week per group when games are planned (and none when no games are scheduled). Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out (STOP) & Help (HELP)

Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe immediately, or sign in on the web and choose Leave group in your account settings. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply HELP anytime for assistance or contact support at help@picklersvp.com.
