Pickle RSVP is a private pickleball RSVP tool for invited, opted-in group members (such as building neighbors and friend groups). It is not an official HOA or property-management portal.

Pickle RSVP (picklersvp.com) is a private community web application operated by 357Lab, LLC.

Acceptable use

• Membership is by member invitation and admin approval only. Do not share group access codes, spam, harass, or misuse the site or text program.
• Members are responsible for following all building amenity rules and guest policies when attending games.

SMS Terms (Pickle RSVP Text Messaging Program)

• Program: Pickle RSVP game asks, 1:1 RSVP confirmations, and member-requested status updates.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies — typically 2 to 8 messages per week per group when games are planned.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out & Help: Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages (or choose Leave group in your account settings). Reply HELP for help or email help@picklersvp.com.
• Carrier disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use (No Replication)

Intellectual Property & No Replication: All software, workflows, SMS command grammars, visual design, and content of Pickle RSVP are proprietary. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, replicate, or create derivative works from this service without explicit written permission.

These terms may be updated as the group evolves. Continued use of Pickle RSVP after an update posted on this page means you accept the revised terms.
